My favorite kind of rice hulls!
Look folks, they're rice hulls. They have have one purpose and they serve that purpose well. I have an Anvil Foundry and I like using a little bit of these in each batch. I also brew with Oats and Rye A LOT. These hulls work well in those beers for lautering. But best of all, Farmhouse has them cheaper than anywhere else! In fact most everything from Farmhouse is cheaper than anywhere else online...just one of the many reasons I keep coming back.

Helps avoid stuck mash
My system has a tendency to get a stuck mash, so I use rice hulls regularly to help recirculation. I usually use about 5-7oz per 5 gallon batch and works great.
