Excellent aromatic qualities make Azacca™ a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in a variety of styles, although its high myrcene fraction has already made it a favorite of IPA brewers. Shows well as a single hop in a simple grist.
Intense and tropical. Sustained impressions of citrus and very ripe mango, with notes of orchard fruit (pears, apples) and pine needles throughout.
Use in: Big American Ales, IPA, Pale ales, Ambers

I really like azacca for its fruity contributions in beers with a hop rest or heavy dry hopping. This came as advertised in a vacuum sealed pack, and it arrived quickly. I will buy this again. Pairs well with citra and simcoe.
Azacca is great hop, tons of citrus, mango flavor. Pair them with Mosaic, Citra, and/or Galaxy. Or use them alone in a single hop IPA or APA. I might even try them in a saison.
Love this hop, bought a pound of it a couple months ago and brewed an iteration of our house APA with 66% Azacca. The beer drank great and went on to win 2nd in the APA category of a moderately sized competition I entered it in. I'm writting this review as I wait for my 2nd order to arrive.
Bought them based on description, put them in an IPA with a Munich/2-row base, Warrior to bitter and 8 oz Azacca spread over 15, 10, 5 min, hopstand, and dry hop. Very nice result; nice aroma and flavor, not as sharp and piney as most of the currently popular boutique hops. Will brew again. No oxidation issues.
These hops were like a cross between traditional citrus and the new citrus (centennial/cascade + citra/mosaic) Not quite as over the top juicy fruit as the new ones but it's still there in the nose. Flavor is more orange/pine. They were packaged fine, still had the vacuum. Not oxidized.
Unfortunately, it seems like these hops were oxidized prior to being packaged. When I opened the packaged they smelled like wet socks. I dumped them immediately.
