Good for 4+ gallon boils
I intended to use the pot with false bottom as a mash tun to make 3 gallon batches, but the thermometer rides high in the pot, so less than 4 gallon mark and the water line is above the thermostat. If you are using larger volumes it works like a charm. However, the thermometer, while shown in Fahrenheit, was Celsius. I've asked for a replacement four days ago, but received no response. For the money I would expect to get exactly what is purported; I see no option for celsius when ordering. Product: 4 stars; Service: 1 star
