Calypso is heavily used for its soft aromatics. You'll get a pleasant fruity aroma of apple, pear, and citrus that adds a crisp flavor to Pale Ales, IPAs, and Stouts. You will also get some tropical fruit flavors.
Use in: APA, IPA, American Amber, Light Ales.

More than pear and apple
This has definite ripe tropical fruit aromatics going on. It smells so good and it's imparting an awesome aroma to my pale ale right now. Super happy about this hop.
