Also known as Zeus or Tomahawk. Good bittering hop, that can also be used for flavor, aroma, and dry-hopping with great results. Spicy and pungent with citrus overtone and a pleasant aroma.
Use in: APA, IPA, American Amber, Brown Ale, Light Ales.

The best value for IPAs
This is a great hop for bittering IPAs and it give a slight pine taste even as a bittering hop. It's also a great hop to use for dry hopping and will give a taste that is pine, citrus, and dank. This is more of a dank hop, but it has an incredible amount of pine and citrus taste. While there is no true substitute for Simcoe, Columbus is somewhat close as it has a similar aroma and pine taste, and works extremely well with Simcoe to get a dank IPA taste with a lot of pine.
