Eureka Hops
A great hop, but not always is to find. I use Eureka in my best IPA & my Favorite Stout. I can always count on Farmhouse to have what my local BrewShop doesn’t stock.

Wow!!!
Used this hop in conjunction with both cascade and nugget hops in a pale ale and found this hop really was the star player among them all. I used half the amount of Eureka! as I did cascade and nugget in both late additions, hop stands, and dry hopping and found that this hop really stood out giving awesome aromas and flavors of pine sap, dankness, black currants, earthy spice, and heavy citrus. If you are a fan of simcoe than this is the hop for you. It's as if Chinook and Simcoe had a child. Will definitely be using this again for any pale ale/ipa that I brew in the future.
