Great hop for a house ale
I have been using this to brew a good house cream ale. 3 lbs 2-row, 3 lbs 6-row, 2-lbs vienna, 1 lb flaked corn, 1 lb flaked rice and 8 oz of crystal 20L or carapils malt. 1 oz Liberty 60 min and 1 oz Liberty at 15 min. American ale yeast (WL060) or US-05 dry yeast. This is for 5 gallons. Thus, a 4 oz pack can be used for 10 gallons which I plan to brew since this beer goes quick during the summer.
