One brewer has used it in a single hop lager beer, which he described as "clean and crisp with a refreshing sweet lemon character". Meridian has also raised eyebrows in a wide range of ales, from pales to dark roasted malt "winter seasonal. It's reported to play well with Belgian yeast and has a way of amplifying the zesty zing of weissbiers.
Use in: Ales, Pale Ales, IPA's, Belgian ale, Weiss, Black IPA.

Use as dry or keg hop for delicate papaya/peach flavors
Has become one of my favorite go-to late-addition hops for adding some juiciness to IPAs / NEIPAs. Look for papaya, fresh peach, and paw paw flavors. Perfect for a creamsickle IPA or alongside real fruit additions like mango, peach or orange.

Fantasic, underrated IPA hop
With all the new hop varieties to come to market in recent years, Meridian is criminally underappreciated. I get a lot of stonefruit out of it, I typically get nectarine/peach/apricot specifically. There are also notes of citrus and pine, and a moderate resinous bitterness. This hop is a staple in my IPA's, and has a lot to offer that sets it apart from the usual suspects.

Wonderful
Produced a sweet and fruity wort with abundant aroma in an American IPA.
