Soft packaging
The vacuum seal on the package was not intact and the bag arrived loose and soft.

Terrific base hop
Just used some of the last pound to keg hop an IPA. This is a great aromatic hop, light pine and solid fruit base - it reflects it's heritage. A really fruity Simcoe without the dank, heavy character of momma. I've got a MO/Mosaic SmaSh dry hopping that even my wife likes. A good hop to base an ale on and accent with fruity hops (citra, galaxy, summit...), it plays well with others. Only problem is Farmhouse vacuum packs their 1# lots so well they're a 'brick'. A problem I can live with.

Wonderful aroma hop!!!
This was a great fresh product, first of all. As far as the brew goes I really couldn't put my finger on it . However when used for dry hopping on day 5 at a rate of .8 ounces per gallon; WOW look out. If youre looking for something different than the usual hoppy aroma; Mosaic is worth checking out .
