Formally X331 from Indie Hops and OSU
Fresh tropical citrus, with a hint of wafting joint smoke from around the block”.
High total oil of about 3.5ml/100g of hop material.
It’s a very “clean” hop, without the tendency that many potent hops have to throw diesel oil/machine oil notes, or extreme “BO” or “cattiness”. Just a refreshing medley of luscious hop character.

Gotta love it!
I've had only a few craft beers that included Strat and liked them all. So naturally, I had to try to brew one for myself. I kept the grain bill simple and only used Strat. It definitely stands out. I get much more of the tropical aspects and very little, if any, weed but that's just fine. I do wonder what pairs well with this but I can't wait to get my hands on more in the future.

MIne - all mine
Do not buy them. They are mine. Leave them alone. Did NEIPA with Strata, Citra and Idaho 7, but mostly featured the Strata at all points from bittering through dryhop. The keg was drained so fast it collapsed. 5 gallons gone in three hours. Holy smokes, what an amazing hop. Best beer I ever made. Since supplies are limited, everyone needs to find different hops, I call dibs on these!

exactly as described
The summit end of these hops comes through but it's a nice Balance between the other parent hop (nugget). Used in boil and dry hopping worked awesome. However that dank onion smell fades off in a couple days.

Just kegged a beer using only this hop
Did a 5 gallon batch using 4 oz of this in the boil in 2 in dry hopping. The smell is amazing and the taste is DANK, with a lot of pineapple and passion fruit. Hints of something different on the finish, resinish, and maybe pine. I'm not sure will have to drink more of it. I can't wait to use this hop again in a mix with some NZ hops.
