This is an exceptional Pilsner malt made in the traditional Bohemian fashion. The malt is raked and turned by hand in a floor-malting facility and given a traditional Bohemian malting schedule. The result is a slightly under-modified malt with unique and complex flavor. A must for a truly outstanding Pilsner beer.

Great stuff
Makes a solid base for lots of beers. Eat a few while you're grinding it - tastes great!

best weyermann pilsner
Over the years I have tried all brands of pilsner malt,but mostly stuck with weyermann.As they came out with bohomien pils tried it and thought it was a little better than regular german pils for blonde style beers,then the floor malted boho pils came out and for decoction mash it is the best I have seen.love using it
