New hops!

Loral (HBC291):
Developed by Hop Breeding Company and released in 2016, Loral™ HBC 291 has a noble heritage that straddles the fence between old and new world hop aromatics. It has the ability to complement all beer styles, making it a very versatile hop in the brewery. Loral™ has been described as pleasant with floral, citrus, peppery and some dark fruit characteristics.

Very limited quantities, when they are gone, their gone.

Lemon zest and a hints of pine, but stone fruit dominates the aroma in Caliente. Fresh fruit, peach/nectarine/plum.

Belgian Triple Yeast - M31
Provides a fantastic complex marriage of spice, fruity esters, phenolics and alcohol. It is also very attenuative with a high alcohol tolerance making it perfect for a range of Belgian styles.

French Saison - M29
French Saison yeast is an exceptional, highly attenuative top-fermenting ale yeast, creating distinctive beers with spicy, fruity and peppery notes. Ideal for fermentation of farmhouse style beer. Suitable for producing Saisons and farmhouse style beers up to 14% ABV.   

Californian Lager - M54
A unique lager strain that has the ability to ferment at ale temperatures without the associated off flavours. Extended lagering periods are also not required.
Plenty of hops, some new some classic!
Ariana (Ger):

Depending upon the style of beer brewed and timing of the addition of the hops, brewers have noticed grapefruit, gooseberry, citrus and vanilla flavors.

Ariana is said to be ideal for dry hopping, when it imparts its most intense fruity flavors.
