Imparts flavors of citrus, resin, tropical and dark fruit along with aromas of grapefruit rind, citrus and tangerine. Good oil content drives flavor. Simcoe on Steroids!

One of my favorites, I use in IPA’s and in my Stouts. The dark fruit essence really goes well in a stout.
