DME India Pale Ale
This product arrived on time, staff was excellent in promptly answering any questions I had. I was a bit skeptical as there were only 2 oz of centennial and 1 oz of cascade hops, but the aroma and bitterness is spot on for me. The kit contained 7 lb of DME and fermented out to 6.5 ABV. Only giving 4 stars because it just went in to the bottles, will update in a month after getting a final taste, but I’m quite happy so far.
